Wild Knapp Gin 41% 50cl bottle

Inspired by the land surrounding our distillery on the hillside over looking the River Wye; locally known as 'The Knapp' in Herefordshire, our signature gin's botanicals include quince, apple, pear, homegrown thyme, bay, rose, rosemary and foraged elderberry. This is a London Dry Gin meaning nothing is added after distillation other than our own spring water which we use to cut the gin to bottle strength (41%) A true craft gin, handcrafted to make the best gin which is juniper led but with a complex finish of fresh tasting botanicals.

This is a 50cl bottle with 41%abv.

Our recommended serve is a light tonic with a slice of fresh apple and a sprig of thyme for a delightful G&T!
