In 2018 we emptied an outbuilding and started to experiment with a small still using fruits and herbs growing nearby to create the first batch of Wild Knapp Gin. Dr Beaky's soon followed, with both gins winning the Gold Award at international competitions.

The distillery moved to its current address at Brook Street, Hay-on-Wye in 2021. Here, we have the space to develop new products.

We distil in small batches, enabling us to produce supreme quality spirits with heaps of flavour. From distilling to bottling and labelling, everything is done by hand and with integrity.
